A speedy deletion tag was recently added to this article under the pretext that the article qualifies for speedy deletion on the grounds of lack of notability. However, this is absurd. The article is on one of Somalia's national sports teams, specifically its beach soccer team (soccer is Somalia's national sport), which by definition qualifies it for notability. If the person who tagged the article with the speedy deletion template had been unsure about the notability of the article, he or she could've proposed it for deletion instead of adding that speedy deletion template since the article's contents definitely do not fall under the later. Better yet, a merge proposal with the Somalia national football team article might have made more sense. Whatever the case, the speedy deletion template was unwarranted, so I've removed it.
