editmerge it, its the same thing
merge it.--Alhutch 01:45, 21 November 2005 (UTC)
Well, I've merged it. The two articles said the band formed in Charlottesville, Virginia by Berman and Malkmus, and also in NYC by those two and Nastanovich. I've removed both claims until we have proof of one or the other. Describing the Arizona Record as "full-length" is pushing it (have any of their albums reached 40 minutes?). I'll probably merge David Berman into this page too, over the next few days. --ajn (talk) 16:58, 21 November 2005 (UTC)
this is severely lacking and in need of some minor touch-ups as is. i'll obsess over it in the coming days; will also get around to cataloging the final two j00s' full-length releases (and possibly the EPs as well). --cameron
Movie
editThis article doesn't have anything about the Silver Jew movie:
Here's another interview if anyone would like to use it

== Article about David & Richard Berman in Crawdaddy!
As an editor at Crawdaddy!, and to comply with COI guidelines, I am not posting the link to this article, much of which discusses David Berman and his father, Richard Berman. However, I would like to recommend it on its merits, and hope that an editor will find the time to examine the article and—if he or she sees fit—use it as a reference or post it to the external links section. I appreciate your time. Crawdaddy! [1]

Band name
editNot only is this line hard to parse,
Berman has falsely quoted the band's name originating from the transcription of a billboard that he saw reading "Silver Jewelry"
but the referenced interview says nothing about the band name. Be nice if someone with sourced information about the band name could weigh in. Eac2222 (talk) 17:58, 13 July 2017 (UTC)
