Merged Office of Territorial Affairs into this article
editI merged Office of Territorial Affairs into this article because this article lists the creation date of the Office as 1934, which was when the Division of Territories and Island Possessions was created and that reinforces the idea that this is really one organization that has changed its name primarily as the legal status of territories changed, reducing and altering the office's responsibility. It seems to be one story, one topic. It certainly is not long enough to be several different articles. In the future, as the sub-sections are expanded and the article length gets long enough, we can divide the article again. In the meantime, keeping all the various iterations inside one article seems to be the best choice for readers to understand responsibilities and history of the office.--Iloilo Wanderer (talk) 07:24, 30 November 2015 (UTC)
