It might be worth redoing this article to cover both the Echo Arena section and the BT Conference centre, the entire building is called ACC Liverpool but the Arena and Conference Centre now have indivdually sponsored names. 81.31.97.129 (talk) 16:11, 25 December 2007 (UTC)
This place, or at least, the Arena part, is now built. Should now no longer be a 'proposed' arena, its now up and running! 81.31.97.129 (talk) 20:16, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

Moved to Echo Arena Liverpool. Vegaswikian (talk) 22:17, 17 October 2009 (UTC)
Liverpool Echo Arena → Liverpool Arena and Convention Centre — No reason given. @harej 02:50, 7 October 2009 (UTC)
- According to the arena's website (this article is on just the arena, not the entire complex that includes a seperate convention center), the official name is "Echo Arena Liverpool". If anything, that is where the article should be moved to. TJ Spyke 17:28, 7 October 2009 (UTC)
- Agree with TJ Spyke - rename to Echo Arena Liverpool as per official name and everyday usage. Jubilee♫clipman 23:33, 7 October 2009 (UTC)

Page just about the Arena - Not true any more
editEither do a new article on the BT Convention Centre or rename this one to ACC Liverpool, for that is the name of the entire complex encompassing both the Echo Arena and the BT Convention Centre. Both parts are now featured in this article therefore it's no longer correct to title this 'Echo Arena Liverpool' when it also covers the convention centre. 94.194.15.94 (talk) 02:53, 22 June 2011 (UTC)
Musical events list
editDoes this article need an "incomplete list" of 90 acts who have performed at the venue since 2008, or is it enough to just highlight the biggest acts and say (as the article says currently) "Many world famous artists including Muse, Lady Gaga, Oasis, Nickelback, Queen Paul Rodgers, Katy Perry, KISS, Rihanna and Beyoncé have performed at Echo Arena"? It doesn't seem that useful to the reader to throw out a sprawling list of 90 artists and leave them to carefully draw their own conclusions about which were significant and what this might say about the venue. --McGeddon (talk) 14:28, 24 November 2012 (UTC)

Anyone able to get down docks for new picture of signage?
editI didn't have my camera with me but if someone could wander down to the docks and get a picture of the new signage (and some of the new style posters) that would be great! Cameron Scott (talk)

The result of the move request was: Moved to Liverpool Arena — Amakuru (talk) 18:12, 25 January 2019 (UTC)
Echo Arena Liverpool → M&S Bank Arena – I have attempted to but cannot move the page myself. The arena has been renamed and rebranded, so this article should be moved.KHBritish (talk) 18:34, 6 January 2019 (UTC) --Relisting. Iffy★Chat -- 12:19, 14 January 2019 (UTC)
What is there to discuss? It is what it called. Cameron Scott (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 19:07, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
- I was unable to move the article myself Cameron so I was directed to request the move instead. There's nothing to really discuss. KHBritish (talk) 18:31, 8 January 2019 (UTC)
- Oppose Echo Arena is the common name; M&S Bank Arena is used for sponsorship purposes. Mvcg66b3r (talk) 00:09, 8 January 2019 (UTC)
- Wasn't "Echo Arena" also used for sponsorship purposes? PC78 (talk) 16:30, 24 January 2019 (UTC)
- Oppose move absent evidence of a change in the common name. ONR (talk) 17:10, 14 January 2019 (UTC)
- Support move to the current, correct name, or to the more generic Liverpool Arena as per the official Twitter page. PC78 (talk) 16:30, 24 January 2019 (UTC)
- Support Liverpool Arena. Both the other names are mere sponsorship brandings. -- Necrothesp (talk) 09:45, 25 January 2019 (UTC)
