Specs

edit

Androidandme.com have the following specs, but no source for them. From an engineering/marketing perspective they make sense but no source as I mentioned:

   Exynos 4212: 32 nm, 1.2-1.5 GHz dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 CPU, ARM Mali-400 GPU
   Exynos 4412: 32 nm, 1.5-1.8 GHz quad-core ARM Cortex-A9 CPU, ARM Mali-400 GPU
   Exynos 5250: 32 nm, 2.0 GHz dual-core ARM Cortex-A15 CPU, ARM Mali-T604 GPU
   Exynos 5450: 32/28 nm, 2.0 GHz quad-core ARM Cortex-A15 CPU, ARM Mali-T658 GPU

The 4412 GPU spec seems suspicious to me since Meizu's new Quad-Core sports a "50% faster GPU" (see new link on the 4412). Source link: http://androidandme.com/2012/02/news/samsung-demos-quad-core-exynos-processors-we-drool/ ZeDestructor (talk) 19:10, 16 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

Page name

edit

Why is this on "Exynos (system on a chip)" when "Exynos" directs here? If this is the primary use of this name, then shouldn't it be on the primary page? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Charwinger21 (talkcontribs) 23:47, 31 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

I agree -- this Samsung system-on-chip series is the primary use of "Exynos".
So this article should be named simply "Exynos". The names "Exynos (system on chip)" and "Exynos (Samsung)" and "Samsung Exynos" should redirect here, in accordance with the Wikipedia:Disambiguation#Redirecting to a primary topic guideline.
Is there anything else named "Exynos"? --DavidCary (talk) 14:28, 15 July 2013 (UTC)Reply
