Map?
editCan someone find an official map of the boundaries of this district? The listings I found and put in here I have been able to follow on a map except for 25 Eagle Street doesnt seem to exist, Albany City Hall is at 24 Eagle Street, so one would assume 25 to be somewhere on the opposite side except that would put it in the middle of Washington Avenue/Route 5, Academy Park, or Capitol Park East/NYS Capitol. One search on google came up with the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception but shows a map that is not where the Cath. is, and I dont believe it 25 Eagle is the correct address anyway since other sites list it as 125.Camelbinky (talk) 05:22, 22 April 2009 (UTC)
- The NRHP nom has a map in its back pages. Daniel Case (talk) 18:27, 5 July 2009 (UTC)
- I have also added a section describing its boundary. Daniel Case (talk) 20:57, 6 July 2009 (UTC)
Kenmore Hotel
editI have started an sandbox for the Kenmore Hotel here until it is ready as an article. I hope others can contribute any info. As a hotel that was built and owned by an African-American former slave (Adam Blake) that was also one of the wealthiest people in Albany I think it is very important to have as an article, plus it hosted many famous people including being a favorite spot for mobster Jack "Legs" Diamond.Camelbinky (talk) 22:25, 21 July 2009 (UTC)
