Distorted portrait

edit

The portrait looks laterally compressed. In comparison with the image here it is indeed about 10% compressed. I know, I really should address the issue at Commons, not here, but I'm hoping that someone else more motivated than I am about this can do so. There are also other issues tagged at Commons.
