"The 2S35 is expected to replace the 2S19 Msta in the Russian Ground Forces."

edit

I don't care about the source (which has a guesswork statement). It's nonsense. The 2S19 is in the Russian Armed Forces in small quantities only and the system about to be replaced is the old 2S3. Military forces don't necessarily replace a direct predecessor system with a new system, since they often have three generations of systems in parallel service.87.79.56.67 (talk) 04:24, 28 June 2015 (UTC) lol 2S19 small//// 350% storage (which has a guesswork statement) How mush M109A6?? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 195.218.183.152 (talk) 13:13, 5 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

Small quantities???? Dude they have over 750 Msta systems at least which act as their mainline mobile artillery piece. Where the heck did you get that they only had a few of them from??? 49.194.253.78 (talk) 13:39, 27 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

Rate of Fire

edit

The 2A88 barrel has a rate of fire of 8 rounds per minute. This should be the listed rate of fire for this artillery system. 16 rounds per minute was the proposed rate of fire for the twin barrel variant which is stalled for production due too problems with the auto-loader. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:154:C103:FE90:69D8:C97D:48C4:A0C0 (talk) 06:00, 7 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
