The water supply line was properly sourced, as well as the replication of the G-virus line. Adding more lines removes the cited wording and convolutes the plot. The HUNK section is not part of the main story, so that needs removed. And there was no citation that the G-virus would bond with the biological offspring, it was ambigious if it would work and properly cited the way it was written.
