Early life

edit

Domingo was born on February 3, 1995,[1] and was raised in Novaliches, Quezon City.[5] She is the only child to a French father, Guy Belleville, and a Filipino mother, Fina Domingo. Due to her parents' separation and their decision not to marry, she carries her mother's surname.[1][6] She has described herself as a "Lolas (Grandma's) girl," having been raised in a strict household primarily by her grandmother.[1] In 2000, Domingo joined the talent search segment Little Miss Philippines of the noontime variety show Eat Bulaga.

She graduated from San Agustin Elementary School in Quezon City[5] and later pursued a degree in Dentistry at Our Lady of Fatima University, though she eventually dropped out to support her family.[7] Prior to entering show business, she worked as a car show model and was a dancer on the variety show Wil Time Bigtime.

Career

edit

Domingo rose to prominence with her dubsmash of the song "Twerk It Like Miley" in 2014. In 2015, she signed a contract with GMA Artist Center. She joined the sketch comedy show Bubble Gang where she was a mainstay until 2022. She made her acting debut in the 2016 series Juan Happy Love Story, where she played as the lead antagonist.

Domingo appeared on the cover of FHM Philippines for its December 2015[8] and January 2017 issues.[9] She signed a recording contract with GMA Records in August 2016.[10] She released her debut and only single Know Me featuring international rapper C-Tru.[11][12][13][14] She was later introduced as the 2017 calendar girl for the liquor brand Ginebra San Miguel.[15] In 2019, she starred in the horror drama series Hanggang sa Dulo ng Buhay Ko alongside Kris Bernal, Rayver Cruz, and Megan Young.

In 2024, Domingo joined the cast of the action series FPJ's Batang Quiapo where she portrayed as one of the love interests of lead star Coco Martin.[16]

Personal life

edit

Domingo dated basketball player Mike Acuna in 2016. Their relationship ended after three years.[17]

In August 2020, she mourned the death of her long-time bestfriend Angelo Fango, which she later called in a tribute post as "the one that got away."[18]
