Davis was selected by the San Francisco 49ers in the sixth round, 220th overall, of the 2022 NFL draft.[4][5] On June 2, 2022, Davis was signed to his rookie deal, a four-year contract with a total value of over $3.8 million.[6] He was placed on the reserve/non-football injury list on August 23.[7]
On August 12, 2024, it was announced that Davis would undergo knee surgery that would rule him out for roughly half the season.[8] He was placed on injured reserve on August 27.[9] He was activated on October 5. In Week 7, against the Kansas City Chiefs, he had his first career interception, which he returned for 2 yards in the 18-28 loss.[10]
