Thank you. Sorry to bother you again but unfortunately it appears that
Wikipedia has restricted their policies for new images. They now require
images to available under one of three types of licenses. Either:
1. The Creative Commons License
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Creative_Commons_License
2. The GNU Free Documentation License
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Text_of_the_GFDL
3. or relaesed into the public domain.

If one of these licencing schemes is acceptable to you, please let me know
and I will ensure the image is listed credited to you under the terms of
that license. You may update this info yourself by visiting this page:
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Image:The_Daily_Talk.jpg
<http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Image:The_Daily_Talk.jpg&action=edit> &action=edit

If none of those license terms are acceptable, I will take the image off
Wikipedia.

Answer:
There is an article on a news outlet in Liberia called "The Daily Talk" on Wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Daily_Talk

I feel that a photograph of the subject would enhance the article greatly. I was wondering if you would be willing to permit the use of your photograph
http://www.chrisandjolie.com/archives/Daily Talk.jpg
in this article.
May I please have your permission to use this image on Wikipedia?
