English: A pair of temporary cellular telephone sites, also called a Cell-on-wheels or COW. This one is providing service to parts of Denver, Colorado, USA, while the permanent site is under construction. A generator can be seen to the left. The Cell Site was previously on a water tower, which is now demolished. It has recently been relocated across the street to a permanent tower.
