H Unsterbliche Geliebte (ελληνική απόδοση: Αθάνατη Αγαπημένη) είναι η άγνωστη αποδέκτρια ενός ερωτικού γράμματος του Λούντβιχ βαν Μπετόβεν. Το γράμμα γράφτηκε μεταξύ τις 6 και τις 7 Ιουλίου του 1812, στην Τέλπιτσε, όπου βρισκόταν ο Μπετόβεν για θεραπεία σε ιαματικά λουτρά.[1] Ολόκληρο το γράμμα γράφτηκε σε 10 μικρές σελίδες, με τον γραφικό χαρακτήρα του Μπετόβεν, ο οποίος παρουσιάζεται αντιφατικός και απρόβλεπτος. Το γράμμα βρέθηκε στην οικία του συνθέτη, μετά τον θάνατό του, το οποίο τελικά παρέμεινε στην κατοχή του Άντον Σίντλερ, μέχρι και τον θάνατό του. Κατόπιν, παραδόθηκε στην αδερφή του, ενώ αργότερα πωλήθηκε στην Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin, όπου βρίσκεται έως και σήμερα. Η επιστολή γράφτηκε με μολύβι και είναι χωρισμένη σε τρία μέρη.

Ο Μπετόβεν στο γράμμα του δεν διευκρινίζει ούτε έτος συγγραφής, ούτε τοποθεσία. Τη δεκαετία του 1950 έγινε ανάλυση του χαρτιού της επιστολής και εκτιμήθηκε μια χρονολογία σύνταξης και, κατ' επέκταση, το μέρος της συγγραφής. Παρόλα αυτά, οι μελετητές του Μπετόβεν είναι διχασμένοι γύρω από το πρόσωπο της αποδέκτριας του γράμματος. Εικάζεται ότι είναι η Άντονι Μπρεντάνο ή η Γιοζεφίν Μπρούσνβικ, που θεωρούνται και οι επικρατέστερες. Ωστόσο, οι υποθέσεις για την Αθάνατη Αγαπημένη είναι αρκετές. Μερικές από τις γυναίκες που ενδέχεται να ήταν η αποδέκτρια του γράμματος είναι οι: Γιούλη (Τζουλιέτα) Γκουιτσάρντι, Τερέζε Μαλφάτι, Άννα-Μαρί φον Ερντέντι, Μπετίνα Μπρεντάνο, καθώς και διάφορες άλλες.
