Lease to Purchase: Sidra is instrumental in negotiating lease-to-purchase and manage-to-purchase agreements. We work with you to develop realistic budgets with an eye towards establishing the proper valuation for an acceptable purchase price. This, in turn, ensures the property qualifies for competitive financing when acquisition loan offers are solicited.

    We’re #hiring , Medical Approval Officer. location: Egypt - Cairo - Heliopolis Employment Type: Full-time Job posting code: AP-001 Industry: #healthcare, #consulting   Responsibilities: • Support our team in respond to online/live requests and inquiries from Clinics by following standards. • Responsible for immediate reply to Live approvals to patients for eligible services. • Ensure that all cases are answered within predetermined timescales and are dealt with the highest standards of customer service. • Collect document& details needed by insurance companies take action, to make further follow-ups and corrective data as required. • Providing a full support to customer service team. • Analysis on high cost and complicated cases.(report to senior team for decision). • Attending e-mails from companies or clients.(if needed). • Details oriented & data entry skills (how to get approvals from portals). • Analysis on rejected cases & how to take a corrective action. • Daily shift report (all cases status approved / rejected / pending) with justifications. • Follow up on the previous shift’s/day’s pending cases through our team portals (reporting). • Follow up auditing request for missing approval with daily report. • Review the reports with the Approval senior and send. • Monthly reports as requested by the senior team. Qualifications: - Bachelor's of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution. - Active pharmacist license in [insert state/country]. - 1-2 years of experience working, preferably in a Healthcare or medical approvals role. - Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical, medical terminology, and drug interactions. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze complex medical information. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.. -Strong time management skills. - Proficiency in using computer systems and software for documentation and record-keeping.
