The founders of Hassan Allam Holding commenced operations in 1936, making the oldest construction franchise in the MENA region with a solid reputation, superior technical capabilities, and a diversified portfolio. With a legacy of identifying and investing in attractive infrastructure projects, in the past five years, it has delivered over 70 projects and has a current backlog exceeding USD 5 billion. The Group is named among the Engineering News-Record (ENR) list of the top 250 global contractors. Our Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) just completed the excavation between Station 6 and Station 7 at Cairo Metro Line 4! This milestone was made possible by the dedication, hard work, and expertise of our incredible team at Hassan Allam Construction. Our involvement in this project is enhancing Egypt's transportation sector, with our team leading the construction of 3 out of the 12 Metro Stations from Hadaek Al Ashgar in 6th October City to El Mesaha Station at Al Haram Street. The new Metro Line 4 spans approximately 14 km, contributing to seamless connectivity and economic growth. Hassan Allam Holding continues to drive forward, achieving significant milestones on this transformative project, leaving a positive and lasting impact on the nation's infrastructure and the daily lives of its citizens.

As part of our ongoing transformation towards green buildings across all our Group, our Support Division located in the 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt, will be powered by solar energy starting August 1st! This project is a continuation to the PV installation initiative, with other key buildings and facilities soon to follow. The Support Division is the heartbeat of our operations, overseeing everything from Mobilization and Scaffolding to Transportation and Heavy Equipment. Currently, installations of PV plants have started in 3 buildings of the Support Division with a capacity of 131.1 KWp, this initiative will avoid 55 tons of CO2 emissions annually and cover 25% of the buildings' energy consumption. These efforts are part of our broader goal to avoid 150 tons of CO2 emissions annually per building, contributing actively to a healthier and safer planet. Hassan Allam Holding is proud to announce that its subsidiary, Hassan Allam Construction, along with SYMX Infrastructure, a leading U.S. technology-focused healthcare sciences and infrastructure multidisciplinary provider, has been awarded the contract for the construction of the International Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine Research and Therapeutic Center in Cairo, Egypt. Our scope of work includes the construction of the Research Level Centre (RLC), Animal Welfare Facility (AWF), Bioreactor Facility (BF), and Future Expansion Area/Clinical Trials Facility (FEA). The new facility named “The International Center for Cellular Engineering and Regenerative Therapies” will serve as a pioneering institution in the field of cell and gene therapy, setting a new benchmark for medical innovation both in Egypt and on a global scale. The Center embodies a strategic initiative to propel healthcare and biomedical research into a future where advanced therapies are not just envisioned but realized. In the presence of H.E. Dr. Moustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister of Egypt, Dr. Mohamed Shaker, the Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy, and Dr. Hala H. Elsaid, the Minister of Planning and Economic Development, Hassan Allam Utilities, alongside Infinity Power, Masdar (Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company) and bp, signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to investigate the potential for a multi-phase green hydrogen (gH2) project in Egypt. The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the Egypt EU Investment Conference by Karim Hefzy, Chief Operating Officer of Hassan Allam Utilities; Nader Zaki, bp’s Regional President, Middle East and North Africa; Mohamed I. Mansour, Chairman of Infinity Power; and Andreas Bieringer, Director, Green Hydrogen Business Development and Commercial, Masdar. The partners are combining their respective gH2 projects in Egypt and will also explore the potential for a single large-scale, multi-phase project for the development of gH2 and its derivatives, with a focus on exports. The newly formed consortium has signed a Framework Agreement (FWA) with the Egyptian government to start carrying out a set of studies and activities to evaluate the technical and commercial feasibility of the project. Amr Allam, Co-CEO Hassan Allam Holding, said: "Joining forces with bp, Masdar, and Infinity Power in this consortium is a significant step towards advancing the development of green hydrogen and anchoring Egypt as a key player in this sector.
