GlassRock Insulation Company now is hiring "HR Supervisor / OD " at Maadi Head Office Key Accountabilities: ·        Manage the recruitment function & the hiring process ·         Maintain & manage connections with various recruitment resources (agencies, educational institutes, referrals, etc…) ·        Design and organize induction and on-boarding for new staff. ·        Create & update all company’s job profiles to ensure each employee (existing or new joiners) understands his/her job properly in order to achieve required objectives and to provide new hires with clear written document that addresses their duties & responsibilities ·        Supervise the payroll process starting from monthly changes, calculating overtime and variables, data validation, bank transfer) to ensure all employees are paid fairly. ·        follow up on employees’ data to ensure employee database, employees files & contracts renewal are updated and complete. ·        Follow up new hires/leavers needed documents including: finalizing contract writing and ensure having all hiring documents for the new employee (Bank Account, Social Insurance forms, ID, etc…) & Upon resignations/transfers follow up resignation, clearance forms for employee to ensure finalizing all connection between the company and the employee (Medical Cards, ID, Laptop, etc…) ·        Handle employee benefits including medical/life insurance contracts, mobile lines,..etc) and follow up the proper implementation for all benefits ·        Handle annual tax reconciliation and uploading quarter tax information on the gov portal ·        Manage the Performance Management System to ensure company & individual goals are consistently being met in an effective and efficient manner ·        Design and develop a detailed annual learning and development plan for each function/product line and for the company. ·        Select and manage external/internal training and accreditation bodies, agencies, providers and internal resources necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards and insure the proper implementation of the training plan accordingly. ·        Assist in proposing, assessing, developing, implementing and monitoring company’s policies, and procedures ·        Manage the design & the update of the company organization structure in cooperation with the line managers in order to ensure eliminating unnecessary & fat layers to help company perform to its full potential Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any field 5-7 years of experience Proven work experience in OD/Operations areas Good knowledge of labor legislation. Ability to handle confidential information. GlassRock Insulation Company now is hiring "Sr. AR Accountant" Job Description - Prepare a statement of the daily movement of deposits to clients, review their accounts, and submit their reports on-going to his direct manager for review and approval. - Responsible for establishing credit limits for customers in line with the policies of each segment and ensuring that monthly withdrawals are linked to what is available to each customer. - Follow-up the collection movement on a daily basis with the collection section, and prepare their weekly analytical reports, and submit them to the accounts manager periodically. - Prepare invoices and deposit bills for the sales proceeds of the customers and reviews their reports and submits them to the Director of Accounts on a timely basis for review. - Enter the data related to customer accounts on the financial information system and implement the instructions for the work and develop codes for customers to facilitate access to the necessary information in this regard. - Issuing the daily electronic invoices for customers after reviewing the account receivable cycle and workflow. - Record sales (income, revenue, accounts receivable), (export subsidy, another Debit & other receivable) - Create a closing schedule related to scope. Education: bachelor’s degree of Commerce / Accounting Experience: -     4-6 years of finance related experience with minimum of 2 years in AR. Needed Skills: - Fluent English. - Excellent skills dealing with Microsoft office especially Excel. - Strong mathematical skills - Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping, IFRS is plus. - time management and detail orientation skills. - Ability to keep company and partner Confidentiality.
