USAID Women’s Economic and Social Empowerment Program, implemented by Pathfinder International, in collaboration with SAFE Egypt, conducted an Anti-VAW Female Training Session, for women workers at EVA Cosmetics discussing topics of gender equality, types of violence against women and girls (VAWG) and national services available for survivors of VAWG. Moreover, the session highlighted the importance of mental health and dealing with stress, especially with daily life stressors.   Given how mental health is one of the most pressing issues amidst the fast pace of life and work demands. Participants expressed how beneficial the session was for them, how they learned some tips on sustaining their mental health and well-being.
