Our technology and processes are constantly evolving, and hand in hand with technical innovation, the market for profiles made from secondary plastic is also growing. Recently, our profiles with various structures and tones have started to find use in hydraulic structures, and now as first pilot projects, our products can be found, for example, in the structures of boat docks and floating piers. We believe that sustainable production is the only right way forward, but at the same time, it should not come at the expense of quality. We recently introduced our new Unlimited product line. What makes our Unlimited material special is its 100% waste-free recycling ♻️ - the material is made from recycled plastic and one day, at the end of its life, it can be given a new life again. The name of the material also refers to the endless color palette 🎨 from which the appearance of the final product can be chosen. Such properties and flexibility in appearance are ideally suited for building stalls in horse stables, for example. We have already established a solid foothold in this market, and now first horse boxes made from the Unlimited product line material have been set up in stables. #neular #horsestagram #recycling

After a long work period, both our top-level factory team and their world-class equipment need a break. 🙏 Therefore, between 15.07-28.07, we're pausing our production and letting our people enjoy the long summer nights without having to think about waking up in the morning 😉. However, work in our factory doesn't come to a complete halt. On the contrary, particularly eager activity can be noticed. Namely, the next 2 weeks, in addition to the winter break, are the only two periods when we have the opportunity to inspect our equipment and perform necessary maintenance, so that we can then work at full speed for the next six months 🛠️. #neular #recycling #summerbreak

We have often shared what's happening in our factory on this feed. Thanks to the technologies piloted by Neular over 10 years, our factory in Järvamaa is unique in the world. We can valorize collected mixed plastic waste and then produce a wide range of world-class construction materials on fully automated production lines. However, we know that anyone can praise themselves, but seeing is believing in the end. Therefore, in mid-June, in cooperation with the Estonian Circular Economy Companies Association, we invited a tour group consisting of journalists to introduce them to our factory life along with all our joys and future plans. The state of waste collection in Estonia is already quite good. The next step, however, is to create factories and companies that can recycle waste and thus give it a new life. One of the main goals of the visit was to show what we can actually do with waste today.
