⚡️🤷♂️ EETEL pöördus sel nädalal rahandusministeeriumi pool Elektrilevi muret tekitavate arengute osas, mis liiguvad tarbijatele ja ühiskonnale kahjulikus suunas ning millele on EETEL ka avalikult tähelepanu juba juhtinud. 📃 Pöördumine: https://lnkd.in/dGqtubAc

Suurepärane võimalus näha kuidas toimib teadlaste ja ettevõtete vaheline koostöö. Arendusnõunike programmi raames külastab EETELi arendusnõunik Anti Natka Dublinis erinevaid arenduskeskuseid. Täna oli silmi avardav kogemus külastada ja õppida Irish Manufacturing Research (IMR) kolleegidelt parimaid praktikaid. Külastuse raames oli võimalik näha koostöö raames sündivaid ideid ja efektiivsuse kasvu: 🤖 kuidas robotite lisamine võimaldab protsesse lihtsustada; 📈 kuidas digitaliseerimise aitab protsesse kiirendada ning tehase väljund võimsust suurendada; 🧠 kuidas toimub teadlaste ja ettevõtete üliedukas koostöö; Suur tänu ETAG - Estonian Research Council ja EASi ja KredExi ühendasutus kaasamast. Kas sina oled juba teinud koostööd teadus asutustega?

Change starts with people, and especially in the case of the energy transition. Implementing the Green Deal requires much more attention to the green workforce, both quantitatively and qualitatively. First, we need more hands, more workers and more people in technical careers. This hinges on Europe’s ability to increase the attractiveness of technical education and entice our youth and career changers to join technical sectors. Then, the green transition calls for fully skilled workers who are able to implement the innovative solutions that will enable Europe to reach climate neutrality. European workers need more support when up- and reskilling and policymakers should invest more in VET pathways, schools and infrastructure. We recently met with MEP Jutta Paulus to discuss our vision and the action needed on workforce and skills to make the Green Deal a reality.
