late eclipses in the sun & moon

The poems in this collection are outcasts: published in beloved magazines that have since closed, shyly submitted under pen names, or accepted into magazines that never ended up publishing anything. I wrote most of them while in college. The first edition of Late Eclipses gave them a new lease on life, but I’m not quite ready to let go of them yet.

Like many poets, I’ve often looked back on my past work with embarrassment. But I’m nine weeks into The Artist’s Way, Julia Cameron’s workbook for creative recovery, and I’m learning to honor and appreciate the artist I used to be. I’m publishing this second edition for them.

The deluxe edition of Late Eclipses is 16 total pages and includes the original 5 poems (A-sides), plus 3 bonus poems (B-sides).
