Lifebook Ch. 1
Update:
- I have decided to try and take this in a new direction but wanted to complete the Rachel storyline for those who were asking for it.
- Story contains nearly 50 passages and 18,000 words
- Multiple endings and paths available. It is possible to get different weights with the same endings based on earlier choices.
This project follows a dead-beat author who regrets past choices in their relationship. A mysterious app has granted them the opportunity to relive the past and potentially alter their future.
What's Next?
I may continue the project with a different approach to gameplay to make it more of a RPG as opposed to story.

I tried every branch and for the life of me couldn't find the secret ending. Any hints on how to get it?
I can say it was meant to be tough and I am kind of happy it's not easy to find so far. It's located in the branch of recent passages where you don't join the gym. If there's only one option at the bottom it might help to periodically check the passage.
Is it even possible for the passage to change with time? I thought twine passages only changed when you pressed a button? Are you saying on one of the passages of the game if I go afk for a while words will change on me magically or something?
It feels like I've started at all the passages of the new content on the "can we wait" fork for a minute waiting to see if a bit of text would magically come to life and change itself, but either that's not how the secret works, or I'm looking for it in the wrong passages? More hint please.
I wish I had as much patience to code like this! Cool game, dyno! found the secret ending too. it was tough. Looking forward to chapter 2.
