For the market analysis, Mr. Bloch oversaw the assessment of technology trends and the status of planned U.S. offshore wind projects. For the supply chain study, he designed and conducted the analysis of potential component-level supply chain needs under three demand scenarios and identified key supply chain challenges and opportunities facing the future U.S. market. The effort included two subsequent annual updates (in 2013 and 2014) of the Offshore Wind Market and Economic Analysis report.
