Olivier has been working with sales and commercial operations of ingredients for the feed, pet food, food, and pharma area for almost 30 years. As CCO, Olivier will have the full responsibility for application development, building relations with customers and sales of the Uniprotein®.

Unibio CCO Olivier Hartz will be in San Francisco next week for the 2024 F3 Future of Fish Feed Meeting from 13-16th May. The conference's mission is to enhance food security by providing a showcase for the world’s leading replacements for fishmeal, fish oil, and krill for #aquaculture. 

It is with deep sadness that we announce the loss of Unibio’s founder Ebbe Busch Larsen. Ebbe was a pioneer in biotechnology, founding Unibio in 2001.  His foundational work, beginning a decade and a half prior to 2001, has enabled our ability to produce planet-friendly protein for a growing world population. We are profoundly grateful for his unrelenting focus on laying a solid foundation for Unibio upon which we continue to build and innovate. His legacy is forever etched into Unibio. Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Ebbe Busch Larsen's family and loved ones during this difficult time. May they find solace in the memories of his remarkable life, and the indelible mark he left on all of us.

Unibio are pleased to announce that David Henstrom will be attending the Food Nation’s Global Food Talk in Copenhagen on the 24th of April.    This event contributes to important international discussions on the green transition, and is held in connection with the UN’s annual World Creativity and Innovation Day. Unibio's dedication to the future of food aligns perfectly with Food Nation's mission to position Denmark as an international hub of innovative, sustainable and effective food production.

Today we had a visit at Unibio Innovation centre from Workindenmark / EURES Denmark. We took part in an online jobfair arranged by them and Kalundborg Kommune, directed towards attracting international workforce to Denmark - Kalundborg. Based on the jobfair we recruited to highly skilled international candidates. Work in denmark was here to get material for a film on this succes story. Thanks for a great visit. We are pleased to welcome Spencer White as Unibio’s new CFO. Mr. White is an experienced international finance specialist who has over 30 years of experience working in financial services and investment management. He will oversee daily financial activities, collaborate closely with the board to explore additional investment avenues for #Unibio, and lead the development and execution of our global investment strategy.
