It’s an exciting time to join Tactile. We're a diverse team of storytellers, puzzle enthusiasts and casual mobile game creators. Our story began in 2008 in the heart of beautiful Copenhagen, and since then we have experienced continuous growth, establishing ourselves as one of the largest gaming companies in Denmark. In more recent years, we have been scaling fast, in big part thanks to the success of a little game called Lily’s Garden. Now we’re on a mission to solidify our position as one of the leaders in creating out-of-the-ordinary casual puzzle games. With more than 300 talented individuals, we are a mix of over 45 nationalities and 42% women. We truly appreciate the richness of different experiences and perspectives that Tactilers bring to the game. This is why we foster a lean organisational culture, in which each individual is encouraged to take responsibility, be open and grow in their own way. We pride ourselves in cultivating a studio environment that stays away from crunch, that fosters your skills no matter what your discipline is, and one that gives you a place to be creative alongside other passionate and invested storytellers.     🥁 It's time for talent! ✨ Merhaba, my name is Ecem Altun Kımıllı, it's nice to virtually meet you! 👋 I joined Tactile in January as a Product Specialist. In my role, I ensure that everything in Lily's Garden runs smoothly. I collaborate with various teams to facilitate the creation of new events and the improvement of existing features, ensuring that every design prioritizes player entertainment and positively impacts all KPIs. 🚀 Before Tactile Before joining Tactile, I was a Product Manager at Spyke Games. My role there was very similar to what I am doing now. I had the opportunity to work on several different genres, which was a lot of fun! 💜 Joining Tactile The onboarding process at Tactile was very smooth, and everyone was incredibly helpful. Since Lily's Garden has been in development for a long time, I received a lot of support across the teams. Now, I feel settled in and have gotten used to most aspects of the game. Therefore, everything is exciting and fun! 💪 Having an impact My team focuses on creating new events and improving existing features in the game. The most motivating and rewarding part of my work is designing and following the user experience while communicating with various disciplines. I work closely with the Art team, as well as the Developer and Data teams. 📚 The keys to success 👉 Understanding player motivation and staying up to date with trends in the gaming market are key elements of my discipline. You shouldn't be afraid to analyze games and share your thoughts from both a player's perspective and a data/analytical perspective. 👉 Being curious about the details of a game and its flow has always helped me.     🥁 It's time for talent! ✨ Hi all, my name is Adiel Nissanian, it's nice to virtually meet you! 👋 I joined Tactile at the start of this year as the LiveOps and Monetization Manager for Lily's Garden. 🚀 Before Tactile I was at Playtika leading technical ops for the monetization and live ops department. 💜 Joining Tactile Has been great from the start!  Everything from the relocation to learning the ropes, my lead and the great people at Talent & Culture made sure I had the time and resources to settle in comfortably.  And ... Thursdays are cake day, enough said 🍰 💪 Having an impact At Tactile, I get to be a part of building super-polished games and tech. My team is responsible for a big part of the player's experience in the game. Our role is to ensure there is always content and something new and fresh for the players to enjoy. 📚 The keys to success If you're looking to get your foot into the industry, get to know the game and the competition for the job you want.     We'd like to say a big, warm welcome to the new Tactilers who joined us this past month - Szymon Stankiewicz, Games Tester, Nikolaj Holm Christensen, Graphic Designer, Kristián Kovalský, Core QA Engineer, Camille Le Souffaché, Game Artist, and Salih Ugur Kimilli, who has joined as our first ever Data Architect! 👋🎉 We asked them to share a bit about what they'll be doing here and also, don't miss out on their fun facts 🤩 👋 Hi, can you tell us a bit more about your role at Tactile? Szymon:  Hello, I joined Tactile's as a QA Tester for the Product team, meaning my goal is to ensure every new feature our players receive is fun, high quality and working exactly as intended. Nikolaj: I work in the Creative Marketing department as a Graphic Designer, creating marketing assets like screenshots, SoMe content and promos for games like Lily's Garden, Penny & Flo and Cookie Cats Pop. Kristián: ⁠Hey, I have joined the Core team as a QA Engineer. I will be testing and trying to break all the updates and new features for our internal tools, so they work like they should and are fully prepared to be used by the rest of the company :) Camille: Hello there, I’ve just joined Tactile as a 2D Artist on the new game project 🌟 I will help creating crispy visuals to get the players hooked on! Ugur: Hi, I have joined the Core Team at Tactile as a Data Architect. My responsibilities include building data models to facilitate game analytics. I'll be working on the transformation of raw data into actionable insights to improve our games. ✨ Do you have a hidden talent or a fun fact about yourself? Szymon:  Fun fact about me is I played Hearthstone and League of Legends competitively before ever having a job, but didn't pursue it full time as I thought there is no future in playing games... now how the tables have turned 😂 Nikolaj: I am an outdoors person and spend as much time as I can hiking in nature. For the last 6 years I have been designing board games as a serious hobby. Kristián: ⁠I always thought that I am mainly a dog person until I adopted my cat 🐈 I would also say that I have an amazing memory for song lyrics! Camille: I play the Otomatone 🎶 and can « play » any song 😎 Ugur: Yes, I have a hidden talent for playing FC24. Fun fact: I never lose.
