It’s time we share some interesting data from our latest 2023 Hiring Manager Satisfaction Benchmark report! 🤓 For the first time, we measured Hiring Manager Satisfaction NPS by depatment and here are the results. The highest scoring departments are: 📈Engineering, Product & Data ( 83) 📈Customer & Service Support & Success ( 82) 📈Marketing ( 79) But what about the departments with room for improvement? We found the least satisfied Hiring Managers in the following departments: 📉 Shopping and Retail ( 42) 📉 Finance, Legal & Compliance ( 61) 📉 Operations & Logistics ( 66) If your department is among the lower scores, it's a perfect time to check in with your Hiring Managers and ensure they're getting the support they need.
