Principle Power specified Roxtec sealing solutions for their floating offshore wind foundation design for the WindFloat Atlantic project in Portugal. 🌊 They are seeking a balance between standardization and customization across products to seal various penetrations into the hull. Solutions need to cover low-voltage, high-voltage, and fiber optic cables, cables in multicore or trefoil formation, and cables with varying bending radius and thickness, entering columns or passing through steel bulkheads. Roxtec offers flexible and efficient solutions for these applications and Principle Power found them to be the right match. “Applying standardized solutions that are readily available in the industry, like Roxtec seals, has proven to be successful for WindFloat Atlantic.
