The vessel has high focus on good sea-keeping capabilities, excellent station keeping performances and low fuel consumption. The successful launching of new build 962 for NCT Offshore A/S has been performed at Vard Shipyards Romania - Tulcea. 🚢  This VARD 9 01 design is a cable laying vessel especially equipped for subsea cable laying operations and developed in close collaboration with NCT Offshore. The vessel has high focus on good sea-keeping capabilities, excellent station keeping performances and low fuel consumption. We are thrilled to announce that our New-Build Cable Lay Vessel "Freja" has been successfully launched at VARD Shipyards in Tulcea, Romania. This is a major milestone for NCT Offshore A/S and a testament to the dedication and excellence of our team, the shipyard, and all other suppliers, subcontractors and collaborators involved in this project. Freja is a state of the art vessel that will provide high-quality performance and flexibility for our clients in the offshore industries. She is designed with the highest focus on environmental sustainability, station-keeping, safety, and efficiency. We now look forward to the vessel being finally outfitted and commissioned in Norway prior to planned delivery at the end of this year, after which she will be ready to serve our clients globally. We thank everyone who has contributed to making this vision a reality and we are excited to share more updates on Freja's progress in the coming months.

For the second year in a row we are happy to announce that NCT Offshore A/S has received the highest credit and credibility rating by Experian, the global credit rating agency. Achieving the green RKI Rating Logo symbolises that NCT Offshore A/S is regarded with the highest credit rating and credibility awarded to Danish companies, and that we are part of the top performing 4% of Danish companies. We are proud of this achievement and will continue our efforts to treat suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders with the highest standard of trust, transparency, accountability and credibility.

Announcement: New CFO in NCT Offshore A/S   Dear customers, colleagues, and business partners.   It is with great pleasure that we at NCT Offshore A/S can announce the addition of yet another competent employee to our growing organisation.   Tue Sørensen will start on 1st June 2024, as our new Chief Financial Officer.   Tue will take up the helm as leader in our Finance team and will, among other things, help protect and ensure the company's guiding principles both internally and in the financial world, whether related to budgetary assistance to the individual departments, dialogue with financial sources and partners, daily operations, tonnage acquisition, project tendering and execution, stakeholder management and reporting, and general financial management.   Tue is a familiar face in the offshore renewables industry and within our company. We have previously had the pleasure of working with Tue in CT OFFSHORE from 2010 onwards where Tue was attached as deputy CFO through a third party.   CEO Paw Cortes remarks: "It is with great pleasure and humility that we at NCT Offshore A/S can once again look forward to working with another well-known colleague with many years of experience in the offshore renewables industry.   Over the past 12 months, we at NCT Offshore A/S have managed to grow our organisation - partly with many very experienced colleagues from the CT OFFSHORE era, but just as importantly, we have also seen an influx of many new and talented forces to our organisation.   The first as much as the last, they will contribute to our transformation and return to the offshore renewables industry, and we look forward to regaining a leading position in the green transition, with a focus on cost-effective, high-quality installations and maintenance of subsea power cables.   Tue Sørensen joins us from a position as CFO at Würth Group where he has been for a number of years.    Our former CFO, Aslaug Arlbjørn, is thanked for the incredible effort she has put in over the past 8 years. Aslaug will continue to be a treasured asset, and loyal employee in NCT Offshore A/S.   Over the coming months and years, Aslaug will continue to be part of the team and work in collaboration with Tue and the rest of the organisation.
