Maersk Minder hooked up to #ShorePower in Montrose this week! 🔌🛳️ Thank you to Montrose Port Authority for taking the step to install their shore power facility #PlugMontrose, to help reduce shoreside emissions. Enabling vessels to connect to the grid while docked in port eliminates the need to burn diesel fuel, saving an average of 6 tonnes of carbon emissions per vessel per day. This is huge! Great to see proactive efforts like this across the industry and we look forward to seeing more 💙 #Decarbonisation #NetZero #Sustainability
