Last year we received a large volume of feedback from Omnia customers, who particularly liked its ease of use and flexibility where “anyone within our organisation can design beautiful web pages with minimal effort”. The close integration with M365 was cited by numerous respondents as a benefit, summed up by one user commenting “M365 seamless integration is a core feature”. The search experience and the “loading the pages real fast” were also complimented. Elements of publishing and administration were highlighted as areas that could benefit from improvement, as were analytics that we've seen have been upgraded in the past year. Overall, customers were very satisfied with their experience of working with Omnia, calling out the vendor’s collaborative and solutions-oriented approach. “Great – very service-minded and competent” said one. Customers were also keen to point out the vendor going ‘above and beyond’, with one stating: “Very good, my expectations were high…the supplier has delivered above expectations.” What has *your* experience of Omnia been like?
