Glentra is pleased to announce the acquisition of a controlling interest in Third Pillar Solar, a developer specializing in floating solar projects ☀   Third Pillar Solar develops, owns, and operates floating solar projects across the United States with a pipeline of projects ranging from 3 – 200 MW in size. We are thrilled to announce that Glentra Capital has been granted a license from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority to serve as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager. 🔗 What Does This Mean? As an Alternative Investment Fund Manager we now have the responsibility and privilege of managing the alternative investment fund, Glentra Fund I, including to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory standards and we are able to exercise our marketing passport rights which will facilitate access to a wider investor base outside of Denmark. This license will empower us to better serve our investors and to deliver strong returns while accelerating the global energy transition.
