Ching-Shiuan is the Regional Director for Asia Pacific & Europe at Disability:IN, where she collaborates with Fortune 500 corporate partners to advance business disability inclusion across these key regions.

With over a decade of global experience, Ching-Shiuan has dedicated her career to fostering inclusion and driving social impact. Prior to joining Disability:IN, she worked in Europe with the United Nations and the World Economic Forum (WEF), where she co-founded WEF’s first employee resource group on disability inclusion. She was also a social entrepreneur, founded several award-winning initiatives related to disability tech across APAC, and was named a Taipei Women in Tech honoree.

Ching-Shiuan holds an MBA in International Organizations Management from the University of Geneva and a master’s degree in International Relations from National Taiwan University. She speaks English, Mandarin, and French, bringing a multicultural perspective to her advocacy for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
