Bio

Celeste joined Disability:IN in 2021 and serves as Manager of Operations supporting the President & CEO and Chief Operating Officer. In this role, she helps to manage, evaluate, and improve operations. She also serves as the Disability:IN Affiliate Liaison for 19 Nationwide Affiliates. Additionally, she is the main contact for the Disability:IN Accessibility Leadership and Reasonable Accommodations Committees. Both forums provide an opportunity for business leaders to collaborate on best practices and to share knowledge.

Prior to joining Disability:IN, Celeste spent 8 years working for Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, a Los Angeles based private equity firm, supporting the Leadership Team.

Celeste graduated from California State University, Chico with a Bachelor of Arts Liberal Studies.
