Cara Pelletier is an accomplished leader in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DEIB) who was named one of North America’s Most Influential D&I Leaders in 2020. Cara has built DEIB and disability inclusion programs at multiple companies, including Moderna and UKG. She has passion for helping leaders create inclusive, high-performing teams and loves consulting with business leaders who are committed to building equitable and inclusive cultures in their organizations.

Cara holds an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and is a Certified ADA Coordinator. She has presented at numerous HR, DEIB, and training industry conferences, and received widespread recognition for her work in the field of DEIB. Cara and her wife live in Bangor, Maine with two rescue pups and four cats.
