Dear battery experts,
Exciting News:
Today we released the latest version of the European „Battery Atlas“ (Update 2024).
Content:
The “Battery Atlas” once again reflects the current commitment of cell manufacturers, module and pack producers, suppliers of systems and battery active material as well as recycling companies and battery test centers. A new addition is the consideration of market participants for battery quality assurance, passive cell components and so-called “second life” applications.
Key Message:
The networking of companies beyond their own areas will be crucial to whether Europe can compete globally.
If the different market participants succeed in establishing cooperation along the entire value chain, they can offer services as 'turnkey' solutions, jointly exploit cost advantages through economies of scale and pool financial resources for research and development.
