We are looking for a Working Student Claims Academy Training Coordinator (m/f/d), based in Munich.

Your Team

The Allianz Commercial Claims Academy is focused on offering a one stop-shop for all Allianz Commercial claims-related Learning & Development requirements, providing claims colleagues with the opportunities to keep up with the latest trends, deepen or refresh knowledge and skills, build the professional development, and exchange best practice experiences.

The Impact You Will Have

Reporting to the Global Head of Claims Performance & Liaison, you will join the Claims Academy team in based in Munich, you will support the Claims Academy in the whole spectrum of instructional lifecycle as well as in special projects. You will be supporting in the setup, roll out, and implementation of Claims technical and complementary skill trainings worldwide.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

• Setup, roll out, and implement Claims technical and complementary skill trainings for Allianz Commercial worldwide and in cooperation with external providers
• Assist in the projects of the CCO Board Office
• Support internal and external communication and stakeholder management
• Utilize new learning methodologies (e.g. blended learning, e-learning, video, Articulate, Powtoon, etc.)
• Maintain content in the Allianz Connect CCO and Claims Academy page and subpages
  
  

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• Currently doing a Bachelor or Master, preferably in Communications Science, Journalism, Marketing, Graphic Design, Business Administration, Financial Services or other relevant fields
• Good Communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a professional, international working environment
• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Knowledge in content creation tools (Articulate and Powtoon welcome)
• High degree of accuracy, reliability, initiative and independent working style
• High self-motivation, creative and active team player
• Fluent in English
  
  

Further Information:

• Start: as soon as possible,duration at least 6 months (preferably longer)
• Working hours: 20 hours/week
• Enrollment at the university/college is a prerequisite for the duration of employment.
