Chief Financial Officer (Private Equity)

Compensation: ~€250,000 Bonus

Privatal is currently advising a Private Equity firm, in their search for a new CFO, in their Software portfolio company. The investor is looking for someone who can get hands-on and be a visionary for any strategic decisions along with the CEO. The investor is happy for hybrid model of work.

Requirements:

• Experience working as a CFO in a Software / SaaS company.
• Prior Private Equity experience.
• Professionalising the finance function, and implementing all the right tools, systems and appropriate KPIs.
• Have previously executed a buy and build strategy and integration.
• Preferred, if you have experience with debt refinancing.
• Taking care of finance, controlling, accounting, tax, IT, HR, compliance, legal and procurement.
• Fluent in German and English.
