„Letter of recommendation for Martin Alles Mr. Martin Alles held the position as CEO of Ogilvy Ukraine when in the period from 2009 to 2012 his company acted as the primary provider for Bank Forum Commerzbank Group for the overall Marketing and External Communication Framework. I got to know Mr. Alles in my former capacity as a member of the Board of Bank Forum Commerzbank Group In the period from 2008 to 2011, I held the position of Chief Financial Officer of the above-mentioned financial institution and was steering in parallel the control of marketing, investor relations and external communications in the interest of Commerzbank. Mr. Alles offered himself with great expertise, and joy for detailed solution finding and creativity, to enable the implementation of Commerzbanks Ukraine strategy in presentation and reputation for the newly acquired bank. Already during the first meeting, I was struck by the integrated, multi-faceted way Mr. Alles approached possible solutions. Especially because of the convincing performance of Mr. Alles, Ogilvy Ukraine was the choosen winner in the 2009 tender for the "marketing and image campaign strategy" in Bank Forum Commerzbank Group. Working with Mr. Alles and his team proved to be very professional and successfull. Mr. Alles managed with the help of his creativity, his structuration and his highly effective leadership all key positions and gaps that occurred also at the bank itself and assured the success of the multi-year collaboration. Through the Ogilvy campaign, with Martin Alles standing mainly behind it, the Bank has received several awards, was positively talked about across the country, and thus build a sustainable and strategic foundation for a strong stability Image Bank Forum Commerzbank Group held at this time. This image prooved to be the decisive driver behind several successfull business initiatives. I would like to emphasize at this point the unprecedented cross-cultural skills of Mr. Alles, his talent to weld together teams across hierarchies and across companies and his almost magnet-like focus on a sustainable and process-driven success in a spirit of partnership. Working with Mr. Alles I describe as being full of new insights and being very pioneering. Based on his leadership and his solutions-oriented approach, he is in my opinion an ideal capacity for high and complex management positions at home and abroad.
