Wie gelingt nachhaltige Zusammenarbeit? 🤝 Um diese Frage zu beantworten, luden unsere Kolleg:innen der Direktion Bayern vergangene Woche in #München zu einem offenen Dialog ein. Auf der #Fachkonferenz "Partnerschaftliches Planen & Bauen: Der Weg zur nachhaltigen Kooperation" konnten wir den Vertreter:innen der Bauherren und Investor:innen unser Partnering-Modell TEAMCONCEPT® vorstellen und unsere Expertise in der Nachhaltigkeit bei der Realisierung von #Bauvorhaben einbringen. 🌟 Zu den #Highlights der Veranstaltung zählten – neben den inspirierenden Keynotes von Claudia Woite und Frank Seibold – der Beitrag von Michael Weinmann zu öffentlichen #Allianzprojekten, der Vortrag von Anders Uebelhack zum Thema #Holz-Hybrid-Bau sowie der Input von Dr. Johannes Wall zum Thema #Nachhaltigkeitszertifizierungen. Den Abschluss der Veranstaltungen bildete eine lebhafte #Podiumsdiskussion mit Expert:innen aus der bayerischen Bauwirtschaft. 🎙️ 👏 Die positive #Resonanz zeigt, dass partnerschaftliches Bauen den Nerv der Zeit trifft. How can sustainable collaboration succeed? 🤝 To answer this question, our colleagues from the Bavarian Directorate invited people to an open dialogue in #Munich last week. At the specialist #conference "Partnership-based planning & building: The path to sustainable cooperation", we were able to present our TEAMCONCEPT® partnering model to representatives of clients and investors and share our expertise in sustainability in the realisation of #constructionprojects. 🌟 In addition to the inspiring keynotes by Claudia Woite and Frank Seibold, the #highlights of the event included Michael Weinmann's presentation on public #alliance projects, Anders Uebelhack's talk on #timber-hybrid construction and Dr Johannes Wall's input on #sustainabilitycertifications. The event concluded with a lively #paneldiscussion with experts from the Bavarian construction industry. 🎙️ 👏 The positive #response shows that partnership-based construction is in tune with the times. Sneak peek des zukünftigen Stuttgarter Hauptbahnhofs 👀 Ein besonderer Moment für das Megaprojekt #Stuttgart21: Nach der Enthüllung des ersten fertiggebauten Lichtauges fiel vergangene Woche Tageslicht in die neue Bahnsteighalle. Das faszinierende Spiel aus Licht und Schatten bietet einen kleinen Vorgeschmack auf die einzigartige Atmosphäre, die dort in Zukunft herrschen wird. ☀️✨⁠ Insgesamt 27 #Lichtaugen sowie eine Stahl-Glas-Gitterschale werden die 28 charakteristischen #Kelchstützen krönen und nach oben hin abschließen. Der Einbau der Lichtaugen erfolgt durch den Fassadenspezialisten seele. Dabei erhalten 23 Kelchstützen einen aus einer doppelt gekrümmten Fläche bestehenden Abschluss aus Stahl und Glas und vier Kelchstützen im nördlichen Bereich der Bahnsteighalle eine rein ebene Fläche. Eine Gitterschale wird den sogenannten Sonderkelch überspannen, der später als einer der Hauptzugänge zu den Bahnsteigen dienen wird. Wir nennen das: #Ingenieurskunst on fleek. 👌 . Sneak peek of the future Stuttgart main station 👀 A special moment for the #Stuttgart21 megaproject: after the unveiling of the first completed light eye, daylight fell into the new platform hall last week. The fascinating interplay of light and shadow offers a small foretaste of the unique atmosphere that will prevail there in the future. ☀️✨ A total of 27 #lightingeyes and a steel and glass lattice shell will crown the 28 characteristic #gobletsupports and close them off at the top. The light eyes will be installed by façade specialist seele. In the process, 23 goblet supports will have a steel and glass finish consisting of a double-curved surface and four chalice supports in the northern area of the platform hall will have a purely flat surface. A lattice shell will span the so-called special chalice, which will later serve as one of the main entrances to the platforms. Beschleunigen, Erleichtern, Möglichmachen: Planen und Bauen in Baden-Württemberg 🏗️ Unter diesem Motto fand der diesjährige #Sommerempfang des Württembergischen Ingenieurvereins e.V. im VDI-Haus in Stuttgart statt. Neben Nicole Razavi, Ministerin für Landesentwicklung und Wohnen, war auch Bernd Mehlig, technischer Bereichsleiter der Direktion Ingenieur- und Infrastrukturbau, als Keynote-Speaker mit von der Partie. Er gab exklusive Einblicke in die beeindruckende #Pionierarbeit im #Stahlbetonbau am Beispiel des Durchgangsbahnhofs #S21 in Stuttgart. Nachhaltigen Zement gibt's nicht? Gibt's wohl! 👇 EDGE Friedrichspark macht's vor. In unmittelbarer Nähe des EDGE East Side Berlin entsteht der 39.000 m² große Bürokomplex im Auftrag des Projektentwicklers EDGE Technologies. Der Neubau trägt nicht nur zur Entwicklung des Quartiers um den Berliner Ostbahnhof bei, er setzt auch einen klaren Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit. So kommt beim Projekt erstmalig der klinkereffiziente Zement „naturecem65” (CEM X) großflächig zum Einsatz. Der innovative Baustoff, welcher durch eine KI-Lösung des mehrfach ausgezeichneten solid UNIT e.V. Start-ups alcemy ausgesteuert und engmaschig überwacht wird, nutzt Kalksteinmehl als Ersatz für CO2-intensiven Zementklinker und trägt so erheblich zur Einsparung von Emissionen bei. Durch Einsatz des nachhaltigen Betons mit einem Klinkeranteil von 30 Prozent kann der CO2-Fußabdruck im Beton um rund 60 Prozent reduziert werden. Damit setzt das Projekt neue Maßstäbe im Hinblick auf Nachhaltigkeit am Bau! 🚀 #workonprogress  . There is no such thing as sustainable cement? Indeed, there is! 👇 EDGE Friedrichspark is leading the way. The 39,000 m² office complex is being built in the immediate vicinity of EDGE East Side Berlin on behalf of project developer EDGE Technologies. The new building not only contributes to the development of the neighbourhood around Berlin's Ostbahnhof, it also has a clear focus on sustainability. For example, the clinker-efficient cement "naturecem65" (CEM X) is being used on a large scale for the first time in the project. The innovative building material, which is controlled and closely monitored by an AI solution from the award-winning solid UNIT e.V. start-up alcemy, uses limestone powder as a substitute for CO2-intensive cement clinker and thus makes a significant contribution to reducing emissions. By using the sustainable concrete with a clinker content of 30 per cent, the CO2 footprint of the concrete can be reduced by around 60 per cent. Der Gesundheitscampus in Lörrach hat noch mehr zu bieten 👀 Neben dem Zentralklinikum Lörrach (ZKL), das wir bereits gestern vorgestellt hatten, entsteht dort im Auftrag des Zentrums für Psychiatrie Emmendingen das Zentrum für Seelische Gesundheit (ZSG). 🧠🏥 Verteilt auf acht Pflegestationen wird das ZSG nach Fertigstellung Platz für die Unterbringung und Gesundheitsförderung von 142 Patient:innen bieten. Und der Baufortschritt des Projekts kann sich ebenfalls sehen lassen: Nach der Fertigstellung des Rohbaus im September 2023 ist aktuell der Ausbau in vollem Gange. In der ersten Jahreshälfte konnte bereits die Lüftungsanlage montiert sowie die Photovoltaikanlage auf dem Dach angebracht werden. The health campus in Lörrach has even more to offer 👀 In addition to the Zentralklinikum Lörrach (ZKL), which we presented yesterday, the Centre for Mental Health (ZSG) is being built there on behalf of the Emmendingen Centre for Psychiatry. 🧠🏥 Spread across eight care wards, the ZSG will provide space for the accommodation and health promotion of 142 patients once it is completed. And the construction progress of the project is also impressive: Following the completion of the shell in September 2023, the extension is currently in full swing. In the first half of the year, the ventilation system was set up and the photovoltaic system was installed on the roof. Update aus Lörrach 🏥 Im Südschwarzwald 📍🌲 entsteht bis 2025 ein neuer Gesundheitscampus. Ein Teil davon ist das Zentralklinikum Lörrach (ZKL), welches im Auftrag der Kliniken des Landkreises Lörrach GmbH errichtet wird. Nachdem der Rohbau 872 Tage nach dem Spatenstich fertiggestellt wurde, läuft derzeit der Ausbau auf Hochtouren. 🔄 Um die Dimensionen der #Großbaustelle 🏗️ greifbarer zu machen, gibt's heute einige Zahlen, Daten, Fakten zum Projekt im Überblick: 👉 Die Bruttogeschossfläche beträgt 89.600 m² – das entspricht ca. 12 Fußballfeldern. ⚽ 👉 Beim Bau kamen rd. 55.500 m³ Beton und ca. 9.000 Tonnen Stahl zum Einsatz. Zum Vergleich: Der Eifelturm 🗼 besteht aus 7.300 Tonnen Stahl. 👉 Durch den Verbau von ca. 151.000 Deckenhohlkörpern konnten rd. 1.600 m³ Beton (das sind ca. 250 Mischfahrzeuge 🚛) und bis zu 20 % des CO2-Ausstoßes eingespart werden. One part of this is the Zentralklinikum Lörrach (ZKL), which is being built on behalf of Kliniken des Landkreises Lörrach GmbH. After the shell of the building was completed 872 days after the ground-breaking ceremony, the expansion is currently in full swing. 🔄 To make the dimensions of the #majorconstructionsite 🏗️ more tangible, here are some facts and figures about the project at a glance: 👉 The gross floor area is 89,600 m² - the equivalent of around 12 football pitches. ⚽ 👉 Around 55,500 m³ of concrete and approx. 9,000 tonnes of steel were used during construction. For comparison: the Eiffel Tower 🗼 consists of 7,300 tonnes of steel. 👉 The installation of around 151,000 hollow core slabs saved around 1,600 m³ of concrete (that's around 250 mixed lorries 🚛) and up to 20% of CO2 emissions. We build on #diversity 🌈 Let's continue with the good news, because: Last week, our Directorate East received the German Demography Award 2024 in the "Living Diversity" category! 🏆 The award was presented by the Demography Network e.V. (ddn). Our three-phase model for #recruiting and #integrating international #skilledworkers and refugees was honoured. This #model enables us to successfully counteract the #shortage of skilled labour. As part of the #pilotproject, 12 people from Russia, Belarus and Ukraine have already come to Germany to join our team as bricklayers and concrete and reinforced concrete workers. However, employees with a migration background are not only integrated excellently in the commercial sector, but also in the office. The key to our success? 🔑 Mentors who provide support with professional, cultural and social issues. This is how we promote integration and create a great working environment. 🌍🙌 Curious?
