In order to avoid overheating an inductor and impairing its performance or even risking damage, it is good to know the voltage at which it can be operated continuously in the application. 📈⚡ We have therefore developed a new testing procedure for determining the maximum operating voltage of molded inductors. 💡🧾 The value of the maximum operating voltage are now successively added to the data sheets of our Power Magnetics product portfolio (e.g. WE-MAPI, WE-XHMI, WE-LHMI). Today, we are celebrating the birthday of Carmen Würth, an extraordinary woman who has dedicated her life to bringing together people with and without disabilities and breaking down barriers. Since founding the Foundation Würth together with her husband Reinhold Würth in 1987, Carmen Würth has worked tirelessly to promote art, culture, education and science. She has made a decisive contribution to the integration of people with disabilities and opened up new perspectives for them. Among the Hotel-Restaurant Anne-Sophie in Künzelsau, a unique meeting place where people with and without disabilities work hand in hand, Carmen Würth also opened the Kulturhaus Würth with the Frau Holle library in 2017. It houses more than 9,000 books with a wide range of content, from fiction to non-fiction.
