Why the end of the quarter is crunch time at WorkMotion (not only in Sales!) ⚙⚙ At WorkMotion, we are absolute OKR fanatics. Since our Series A in 2021, we have planned every quarter based on OKRs - Objectives and Key Results. When you scale a company, you need to make sure everyone is working on what matters most. And you need to make it measurable. In a remote context, this is all the more critical. OKRs are our way of doing exactly that. Yes, the planning is exhausting, but boy is it worth it. Following a final sprint at the end of Q2, the whole WorkMotion team was super excited to present what they have achieved in last week's All-Hands Meeting. And they can be very proud of themselves. Some screenshots from the meeting: - Vassilina Mozajeva, the best meeting moderator - Georgina Roca Martorell, working on a pricing project - Bastian Eichler, presenting our new Sales training - Sabina Ioana Anghel, sharing Sales insights (I could share 20 more screenshots here from other team members) As Sepp Herberger, coach of the world-cup winning national football team of Germany in 1954, would say: "After the OKR quarter is before the OKR quarter" (or "after the game is before the game"). And with that, we are now deep into the planning phase for Q3. #RemoteWork #OKRs #ObjectivesAndKeyResults #Hiring
