Did you know there is a fantastic #robotics community in #nuremberg that is driving innovation in the field? The good news is that they have an event coming up on October 1st at ZOLLHOF – Tech Incubator, with interesting topics. You can join them to learn 💡 and network 🤖. Here's their agenda: 1️⃣ Topic #1 - Evolonic: Forest fire detection with drones Adrian Sauer, the team leader of EVOLONIC, and Leon Seidel will give an in-depth view into their #drone startup and the underlying technology. We'll learn about both the hardware and the software side - there's a ton to see and learn there, as they are building their own drone, a mobile hangar, and, of course, the computer vision software to detect smoke and fire. 2️⃣ Topic #2 - Latest news from pib: Hackathon and building legs! The pib team (https://pib.rocks/) has not been idle over the summer and made some significant progress during their Hackathon (at an old farm near the North Sea!). 🔗 Check it out on Meetup.
