In the #electronics industry, clicking in parts or small plastic parts requires exact positioning at several points of the workpiece. This requires the smallest of movements in a tight space, which is very difficult to solve mechanically. LS One, the #directdrive #lineartransfersystem from the #WEISSWorld, makes it possible to approach several stop positions and allows for the shortest travel paths, without requiring a mechanical indexing of the stop position. Even the smallest of distances between the positions can be realized without the additional integration of a third axis or additional stations in the line. The high dynamics of the workpiece carrier and the low dwell times allow for a faster cycle. Product changes are implemented easily via software without mechanical conversion work. #thefutureisthiseasy #assembly #automation

The freely programmable #rotaryindexingtables from the #WEISSWorld are just as precise, fast and reliable as the fixed-cycle versions. In addition, they can be programmed accordingly to accept any workpiece position and reprogrammed at any time to meet new requirements. #Thefutureisthiseasy #automation #assembly

💯 Using LS Link #lineartransfersystems for modular design 💯 Siplautomation develops and produces automated #assembly systems. These systems called FLEX-AS are so flexible that various parts can be assembled on one platform, even if the parts are drastically different. How, why and for whom they created these #automation solutions and why the experts rely on subsystems from the #WEISSWorld 👉 see link in comments to learn more.

Whether short or long – the #linkconveyorsystem LS Link adapts to your requirements. Since users can choose between four chain link lengths, they have the freedom to design almost any kind of assembly or transport process. In the standard design, precision chain link lengths of 80, 100, 125 and 150 millimeters are available. At 454 millimeters, the frame of the link conveyor system is always the same width, regardless of the chain link length, and does not take up much space in the assembly line. By the way: The maximum axis distance between the drive and transfer for LS Link is 15 meters. Anyone who finds this length a headache for transport and setup on site can breathe easy: The chain can be divided for easier transport or assembly. #thefutureisthiseasy #assembly #automation #WEISSWorld

#Linearmotor axes are typically used in automated #assembly lines and to link production processes. In the process, they move the workpiece in a linear fashion by pulling, pushing, tilting, lowering or lifting. The requirements are as diverse as the application areas. Within the #WEISSWorld, there are three different linear motor axes, which are all supplied ready for installation. They can be used individually or as a gantry in combination. Depending on the application, they offer different accuracies, speeds and forces. #thefutureisthiseasy #automation

The #directdrive #lineartransfersystem LS One makes it possible to combine cycle operation and a continuous motion profile. But which automated processes require this? For example, when filling silicone cartridges. During the continuous movement, silicone cartridges are placed on LS One and grouped for the filling process. The subsequent sealing occurs in a cycle. Integrating continuous and cycled operation on one line is challenging if the assembly process is to take place without a buffer, transfer stations or split section. LS One allows for a flexible configuration of the workpiece carrier movement and grouping along the line. The grouping is a pre-configured movement scenario on the LS One, which optimizes the process sequence and facilitates the system design. #thefutureisthiseasy #automation #assembly #WEISSWorld

Why are needle bearings installed in the WEISS DR #deltarobots? So there is little friction at high speeds! Needle bearings can support higher radial and axial loads than other types of bearings. They have a high service life, are maintenance-free and incredibly precise 😉 #thefutureisthiseasy #automation #robot #robotics #WEISSWorld

LS Link is the freely programmable link conveyor system in the #lineartransfersystem portfolio of the #WEISSWorld. The servo motor drive and the gear unit allow for the free programming of process stations, regardless of the chain link length. LS Link is used for #assembly tasks and process steps with similar time requirements. From the #electronics and plastics industry for clipping components, to the cosmetics industry for filling containers, or for filling construction chemicals like sealing foams into cartridges. Also the finished products can then be provided for packaging via the WEISS link conveyor system. #Thefutureisthiseasy #automation
