Let me introduce our partner, WearHealth! 🚀
Wearhealth, a German-based company, specializes in using AI and wearables to prevent injuries, reduce costs, and increase retention in challenging work locations.
At Laevo BV, we share the same mission - preventing workplace injuries. That's why partnering with Wearhealth was simply logical. So, what do we offer?
🛡️ Exoskeleton Impact Assessment:
The Impact Assessment evaluates the effect of utilizing an exoskeleton on both workload and ergonomic hazards. This assessment employs sensors to gather ergonomic metrics while wearing and not wearing the exoskeleton. The collected objective and subjective data are then analysed to produce a comprehensive report, offering insights into the extent to which the exoskeleton mitigates ergonomic risks.
This evidence-based analysis serves as a compelling rationale for the adoption of exoskeletons in various settings. Laevo successfully implemented this approach in the distribution center of a supermarket chain and at a cleaning station responsible for waste bin handling in a waste processing facility. In both instances, the assessments yielded highly favourable outcomes for the Laevo FLEX exoskeleton.
🧠 Smart Training
"Smart Training" revolutionizes the ergonomic landscape with sensors that can be effortlessly retrieved from a box within 20 seconds before a day of work. This streamlined and user-friendly approach empowers employers to gather crucial ergonomic data using a single sensor strategically positioned at the collar. These sensors not only enhance workplace safety but also contribute to reduced injuries, decreased absenteeism, increased retention, and heightened productivity through:
• Real-time Posture Training:
During work sessions, employees receive immediate feedback in real-time via vibrations and/or auditory cues from the sensor. This dynamic feedback loop facilitates gradual behavioral adjustments, instilling ergonomic best practices.
• Risk Management:
The Wearhealth app dashboard offers comprehensive insights into movements, tasks, training progress, worker behaviour, and environmental factors. Customized reports can pinpoint specific safety risks, enabling proactive mitigation measures.
• Proactive Optimizations:
Identifying high-risk processes or tasks allows for targeted optimization to meet ergonomic standards.
The versatility of this data/dashboard extends to various applications, and both Laevo and Wearhealth provide support to optimize its utilization effectively.
