#mondayinspiration We couldn't be more proud of our alumna, one of the co-founders of Femote, who is breaking #stereotypes and #redefining what it means to be a #woman in #entrepreneurship and #beauty. This past weekend, she stepped out of her comfort zone and joined the Miss Germany Studios Masterclass. Initially skeptical, she discovered a community of inspiring women—all leaders, founders, and innovators—who can make a real #impact in the world. Her journey reminds us that when we #challenge the #norms and embrace new #experiences, we not only #grow ourselves but also #inspire others to do the same. To all the amazing #female #founders out there: keep pushing boundaries, keep challenging stereotypes, and keep making your mark on the world. You're the inspiration, Jil Berning someone needs this Monday. #mondayinspiration #femalefounders #breakingstereotypes #visionhealthpioneersincubator #berlinstartupscene #startuplife #startupjourney #womenintech #femtech #healthtech

I questioned who it would attract, the value of the award, and whether it was worth my time. 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐈 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐧. Last weekend, I attended the Miss Germany Studios Masterclass in Berlin—a 2-day event at Soho House with the top 45 candidates. It was far from what I expected. We dove deep into personal branding, making an impact, and how to talk about our mission on stage. Thank you for the endless inspiration Max P. Klemmer, Apameh Schönauer, Ravi Walia, Ksenia Shevchenko, Emre Celik, Hendrikje Rudnick, Simon Usifo, Dr. Kathrin Kuhn, Kenza Ait Si Abbou, Julia Dück and Carsten Puschmann. But most importantly, I was blown away by the inspiring women I got to meet: from badass leaders like Anja Konhäuser, Alexandra Tkatschenko and Laura-Charlotte Lebrecht, fellow founders like Vanessa Schäfer, Stephanie Pfeil-Coenen, Anna Burger and Valentina Busik, firefighter Sina Setale, Katja Lilu Melder who makes the trade more inclusive, the remarkable Lucy-Llonna Larbi, Bianca Praetorius, Dr. Elham Barani-Liese, Lena John and many many more... I’m so excited to see so many incredible women taking action and driving change. Every single one deserves a spot in the top 18!
