#CLTI patient with multiple failed tibial interventions and non healing ulcerations. Off the self #pDVA, crossing with the #BeBack device (Bentley), Valvulotomy with the #Flex Dynamic Scoring Catheter (VentureMed Inc.), scoring angioplasty with ultrascore (BD) and Serrenator (Cagent Vascular) and finally deployment of #Viabahn grafts (W. L. Gore & Associates). Improvement of the inflow with #IVL (Shockwave Medical). This was the first time that we used the #flex device for the valvulotomy of the posterior tibial vein. Off the self solutions can be used as an alternative to LimFlow SA to save limbs, given the current lack of availability in Europe.
