For the installation "Reaching New Heights" at Beiersdorf Campus we realized large-scale interactive visuals, based on the creative concept of our friends at flora&faunavisions . Since the interaction was designed for up to 10 "players" simultaneously and over the entire 17m of the screen, we used a custom setup with an array of 8 small LIDAR sensors, hidden in the gap below the LED wall. For tracking the crowd, we used vvvv gamma, while the dynamic visuals were rendered live in Unreal Engine. We are thrilled to unveil this project created for Beiersdorf's Brand Summit 2024, hosted on the Beiersdorf campus. This project unites Beiersdorf's major brand groups - Nivea, Derma (Eucerin), and Healthcare (Hansaplast) - under a single innovative vision. ✨ We curated a comprehensive visual identity for the event, encompassing media production, 3D graphics, sound production, and a cohesive visual theme for the stages, alongside an immersive interactive experience. Our creative canvas centered around the campus media wall, a state-of-the-art LED installation adorning the entry wall. This cutting-edge display spans the entire campus entrance, ensuring that every employee and invited guest to the summit is being welcomed with a dynamic showcase of Beiersdorf's spirit and vision. The interactive experience, named "Reaching New Heights", is a space designed around the metaphor of collaborative teamwork and partnerships. Imagine a space where collaboration and creativity intertwine, where visitors become architects of their peak moments. Spanning a 17-meter LED screen, this interactive journey invites participants to engage with their emotions, using gestures and movements to sculpt virtual peaks in real time. By harnessing sensor technology and intuitive controls, we empower each guest to navigate their own creative voyage, fostering a shared, co-creative artistry that embodies the summit's collaborative spirit. Moreover, as speakers take the stage to inspire and educate, our visual storytelling continues seamlessly. From the Restaurant stage, adorned with three screens and an LED strip, to the three additional stages across the summit, our visual narratives complement the speakers' messages, creating an immersive backdrop that enhances every word spoken.
