That’s right, because THE FORCE is now big in Japan! 🇯🇵 Okay, maybe not quite so big yet, but we’re still very excited to welcome THE FORCE Japan into our universe – and to grow together in the future. 🎊 Located at the heart of Yokohama, the open space in our office building doesn’t only feature a working area with a view of Mount Fuji on a clear day, but also the essential drinks for everyday work in this part of the world – from coffee to the soup just mentioned. With a master’s degree in Graphic Design and Editorial Projects, she has been working as a graphic designer within the healthcare industry for the last couple of years. While her core competence lies in packaging and overall offline media, such as cartons, informative flyers, or outdoor advertising, she’s also well-versed in and passionate about other forms of digital art and areas of application, from social media to illustration. But no matter what, Beatriz’ goal is to make a positive impact on people’s lives through the pharmaceutical field. It’s about time we introduce our new Canadian crew, starting with their captain: A very warm welcome to Robert Picard, who’s not only an experienced senior consultant with more than 30 years in leading positions across the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries, but also taking on the role as Managing Director THE FORCE North America. 🛰️ His specialties range from new start-up support to shakedowns to process tech-transfers and restarts. At the same time, his areas of expertise also include solution implementation, cost reduction, and change management – and not least the continuous improvement of businesses. Now, Robert applies his extensive background in, among other things, business transformation, clean rooms, construction management, and procurement for our customers. And, in all of this, he always uses his strength of delivering on time and below budget.
