His career has been marked by significant roles at leading companies like Bosch and Syntegon Technology (formerly Bosch Packaging Technology), where he specialized in packaging within the pharmaceutical industry. He led strategic projects, developed innovative solutions, and managed diverse teams, always with a focus on aligning market requirements with internal development efforts. As an engineering manager, he led process improvements, managed design projects, supervised teams, and oversaw diverse capital projects, including CNC & PLC automation, material handling, and machining. Schirin Khosrozadeh has joined the team, leveraging her expertise in strategy, sustainability, corporate governance, and restructuring to impact client projects. With academic studies in management and valuable industry experience from the retail supply chain sector, she chose to join TARGUS for its unique opportunity to collaborate with a highly motivated team, transforming challenging projects into sustainable success stories. Spartak Sarmand has joined the team, bringing expertise in Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation, along with robust project management skills. Holding an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, he specializes in Supply Chain Management, Operational Excellence, and Process Mining/Automation.
