The SUPERB IUFRO documentary movie is now live! 🎬 We are excited to share that the highly anticipated SUPERB documentary, in collaboration with IUFRO - International Union of Forest Research Organizations, is now available for viewing online. This film is an excellent opportunity to learn about SUPERB's work in #forest #restoration. You'll see our efforts across 12 large-scale demonstrations in 12 different countries and hear directly from our project leaders sharing insights about our work. Our demo area in the Po Valley is about to undergo a stunning “before and after” transformation! 🌱 In a region dominated by #agricultural fields, our partners Università degli Studi di Milano, Free University of Bozen-Bolzano and Parco Nord Milano are experimenting with innovative planting methods, tree mixes and species. By planting more than 3.600 trees and shrubs, they’re creating #resilient #forests that can better withstand #ClimateExtremes and boost #Biodiversity.    Lorena Fedeli from the Municipality of Legnano shares: “Planting, caring and watering are simple gestures that back a great project: SUPERB. 🛰️🌳 Exciting News from the Forest Carbon Monitoring (FCM) Project!  We're thrilled to share the latest developments in our mission to combat #climatechange through cutting-edge satellite remote sensing tools for biomass and carbon monitoring!  As we enter Phase 2 of our project, we are focused on enhancing our prototype tools for comprehensive, accurate and affordable monitoring of forest carbon stock and sink. By doing so, we empower our stakeholders to better reduce and offset their carbon footprints. Our innovative satellite remote sensing approaches, supported by field data and tailored to our customers' needs, will aim to support efforts in mitigating the impacts of climate change. 🌍 Curious about our main objectives?
